Job Summary
Provide private-duty pediatric nursing care for a toddler with a tracheostomy and ventilator support in the patient’s home setting. The LPN/LVN will deliver skilled nursing care to pediatric patients, collaborate with the care team, and support care-plan implementation. The role supports flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, and involves electronic documentation using a tablet in the patient’s home. Qualifications include an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB test, and reliable transportation; six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
