Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care to teenagers with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes in Centreville. Manage daily clinical needs for new patients, including airway maintenance, medication administration, and wound care. Utilize electronic documentation tablets for accurate patient tracking. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification. Work Wednesday through Sunday shifts, including evenings and overnight rotations. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
