Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care for teenagers with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes in Centreville. Manage daily clinical needs for new patients during Wed-Sun 3:00 PM–11:00 PM or overnight shifts. Maintain electronic documentation via patient tablets and ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid health requirements. Requires active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and TB test. Required Qualifications
