Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care to teenagers with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes in Centreville. Manage daily clinical needs for new patients in home settings, utilizing electronic documentation via provided tablets. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a recent TB skin test while ensuring safe transport to and from patient locations. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
