Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care to teenagers with tracheostomy, ventilator, and g-tube needs in Centreville. Manage daily clinical outcomes for patients in home settings, utilizing electronic documentation via company-provided tablets. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a negative TB skin test while ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid health requirements. Shifts run Wednesday through Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or overnight rotations from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Compliance with all health-related requirements including required vaccinations and testing
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
