Job Summary
Private Duty Nurse LPN/LVN needed for Trach/Vent teen in-home care in Orlando area. Provide licensed, in-home nursing to patients with trach/vent, including teens. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and TB test; six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred. Flexible scheduling available (days, nights, weekends) with full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Responsibilities include direct patient care in patients' homes, clinical documentation via tablet, ensuring safety and quality outcomes, and collaborating with care teams. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
