Job Summary
Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) needed for private duty homecare for a teenager with Trach/Vent. Schedule includes Nights and Monday/Wednesday 8:00pm–8:00am; location in Orlando (32806) with potential additional assignment in Lockhart, FL. Flexible scheduling available: full-time, part-time, or PRN. Provide home-based nursing care under Aveanna Healthcare, maintaining an active license, CPR certification, and TB testing. Requires hands-on nursing experience (six months preferred), reliable transportation, and electronic documentation via tablet in the patient’s home. Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care, documentation, and supporting clinical outcomes; opportunities for skill advancement and training; benefits package including insurance, PTO, weekly/daily pay, and employee stock purchase plan. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Current license transfer for compact licenses within 90 days
