Job Summary
Provide private-duty nursing to a teenage patient in the home with Trach/Vent needs. The LPN/LVN will deliver skilled nursing care, document care electronically via a tablet in the patient’s home, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality clinical outcomes. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and a current TB test; six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred. Flexible scheduling available (days, nights, weekends) with full-time, part-time, or PRN options; role emphasizes compassionate homecare, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work in Meadow Woods or Orlando, FL locations.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
