Job Summary
Licensed Practical/LVN Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Trach/Vent pediatric/adolescent patients in Orlando area. Role supports private duty homecare with in-home nursing, shift flexibility including days, nights, and weekends, and electronic documentation via tablet in patient homes. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, TB test within 12 months, and ability to transfer compact licenses within 90 days. Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Compensation includes a variety of schedules (full-time, part-time, PRN) with comprehensive benefits and support resources. Location options include Orlando and Winter Park, FL; travel within service area may be required to deliver in-home care to a teenager with Trach/Vent needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
