Job Summary
Provide high-acuity tracheostomy and ventilated patient care for toddlers and children in private duty home settings. Manage patients with mechanical lifts and electronic documentation via tablet while maintaining a 7:00pm–7:00am rotation across Friday–Sunday and Saturday–Wednesday shifts. Ensure strict compliance with state licensing, current CPR certification, and annual TB testing requirements. Work in Fort Walton Beach with reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
