Job Summary
Licensed Practical/ Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) for Trach/Vent infant in private duty home healthcare. Provide in-home nursing care to infants with Trach/Vent, utilizing tablet-based documentation, and coordinating with local support teams. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice, have CPR certification, and complete TB testing. Prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required; reliable transportation is needed. Role supports flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) with day, night, and weekend shifts and includes benefits such as health/dental/vision, paid time off, weekly/daily pay, and opportunities for skill advancement and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
