Job Summary
In-home pediatric nursing for an infant with Trach/Vent; LPN/LVN delivers patient-centered, medically supervised care on evenings/nights and weekends per Schedule 1 or Schedule 2; uses electronic documentation via tablet; ensures CPR readiness; collaborates with clinicians to achieve positive clinical outcomes; requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR, TB test; six months experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
