Job Summary
Provide high-acuity tracheostomy and ventilated adult care in private duty home settings across Port Orange. Perform skilled nursing tasks including trach care, ventilator management, and patient transfers using Hoyer lifts. Maintain electronic documentation via tablets and ensure strict compliance with infection control protocols and vaccination requirements. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
