Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care for adult patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in Port Orange. Operate Hoyer lifts and manage complex homecare environments while utilizing electronic documentation via provided tablets. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a recent TB skin test. Deliver compassionate care aligned with Aveanna's national leadership in homecare, supporting diverse patient populations with a culture focused on connection and work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
