Job Summary
Conduct high-acuity private duty nursing care for tracheostomy and ventilated adult patients in Port Orange homes. Manage complex needs including Hoyer lift transfers and electronic documentation via provided tablets. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a valid TB skin test. Deliver compassionate homecare with reliable transportation and six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
