Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through heartfelt empathy. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and complete a current TB skin test within the last 12 months. Utilize the tablet provided in each patient's home for electronic documentation while working flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Current CPR certification with a hands-on component is required, though Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary. Reliable transportation is essential for travel between patient locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be Spanish speaking
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
