Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through heartfelt empathy. Deliver private duty nursing services while utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Adhere to TB skin testing requirements and ensure reliable transportation for patient visits. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be Spanish speaking

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
