Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in the home setting, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through collaborative teamwork. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform electronic documentation using tablets provided in each patient's home. Reliable transportation is required for daily patient visits. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling across days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Spanish Speaking
