Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through heartfelt empathy. Deliver private duty nursing services with electronic documentation support via patient tablets and maintain 24/7 local clinical support. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice, current CPR certification with hands-on component, and a TB skin test within the last 12 months. Reliable transportation is required. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across days, nights, and weekends.
