Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in their homes as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN). Deliver outstanding clinical outcomes while maintaining an active, unencumbered state license and current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Utilize the company-provided tablet for electronic documentation and coordinate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts covering days, nights, and weekends to align with your availability. Reliable transportation is required. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must comply with all health-related requirements in all relevant jurisdictions, including required vaccinations and testing, subject to exemptions for medical or religious reasons
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Spanish Speaking
