Job Summary
Provide low-acuity private duty nursing care for toddlers with G-tubes in Ft. Walton. Maintain electronic documentation via patient tablets and ensure compassionate homecare outcomes. Hold an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and a TB skin test within 12 months. Reliable transportation is required. Shifts run Monday through Friday for 6–8 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
