Job Summary
Provide low-acuity private duty nursing care for toddlers with G-tube needs in Ft. Walton, FL, conducting daily assessments, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs within a 6-8 hour Monday-to-Friday shift. Utilize the company's tablet for electronic documentation and ensure patient safety while maintaining an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver compassionate homecare, with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training available.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
