Job Summary
Provide low acuity infant care in private duty home settings, managing patients with G-tube needs. Deliver compassionate homecare services while maintaining electronic documentation via company-provided tablets. Ensure patient safety and comfort through daily monitoring and routine care tasks. Flexible scheduling available for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
