Job Summary
Provide low-acuity infant care in private duty settings, specifically managing patients with G-tube needs. Deliver compassionate homecare for infants while maintaining electronic documentation via company-provided tablets. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout Tuesday-Thursday shifts ranging from 8:00am-8:00pm or 8:00pm-8:00am. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
