Job Summary
Provide low-acuity infant homecare, specifically managing patients with G-tubes, while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate delivery. Maintain electronic documentation using the patient's tablet and complete all required health-related requirements, including vaccinations and testing, in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid standards. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
