Job Summary
Provide low-acuity infant homecare for patients with G-tubes, including daily monitoring, medication administration, and wound care. Deliver compassionate bedside support while utilizing electronic documentation via tablet devices. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Work Tuesday through Thursday shifts ranging from 8:00am to 8:00pm or 8:00pm to 8:00am. Ensure reliable transportation and complete required TB skin testing within the last 12 months. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
