Job Summary
Licensed Practical/NVPN (LPN/LVN) providing private-duty homecare for a toddler with high acuity (G-tube, Trach, Vent) in the patient’s home. Night shifts available (Wednesdays 7:00pm-7:00am) with flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN). Requires an active, unencumbered license in the practicing state, CPR certification, TB test, and reliable transportation. Experience preferred but not required; opportunities for skill advancement, ongoing training, and weekly/daily pay. Provides in-home clinical care and coordinates with families, with electronic documentation via tablet in each patient’s home.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
