Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care for toddlers in the Navarre home setting, managing complex needs including G-tubes and tracheostomies. Perform daily clinical assessments, medication administration, and wound care while maintaining electronic documentation via patient tablets. Ensure patient safety and comfort with a focus on compassionate homecare delivery. This role requires a licensed LPN/LVN with reliable transportation and is scheduled Thursday through Sunday from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
