Job Summary
LPN/LVN needed for private duty home healthcare in the Fort Walton Beach area to manage high-acuity toddler cases (GTUBE, Trach, Vent). Flexible scheduling available with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN; schedule includes Wednesday nights. The role uses electronic documentation via tablet in the patient’s home. Responsibilities focus on delivering pediatric homecare and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve clinical outcomes. Must maintain an active LPN/LVN license, possess CPR certification, complete TB testing, and have reliable transportation. Six months of hands-on nursing experience is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
