Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care to teens with complex needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators, in the Daytona homecare setting. Manage daily clinical tasks while utilizing the company-provided tablet for electronic documentation. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification, with TB testing completed within the last 12 months. Work Monday through Saturday shifts, with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)

- Reliable transportation
