Job Summary
Provide high acuity or low acuity private duty nursing care for teens, children, and adults in the Daytona area, managing patients with feeding tubes, trachs, and ventilators. Deliver compassionate homecare across multiple shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet, ensure patient safety, and support care plans for diverse age groups. This role offers flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling with weekly or daily pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
