Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care to teens with complex needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators, in the Daytona homecare setting. Manage patient care with electronic documentation via tablet while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate delivery. Maintain an active LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification, with hands-on experience preferred. Schedule includes Monday through Friday 5:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am to 6:00pm, or Tuesday and Wednesday 5:00pm to 12:00am. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
