Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care to teens in the Daytona homecare setting, managing complex needs involving feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators. Deliver compassionate homecare while utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets and maintaining strict adherence to clinical standards. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. This role offers flexible scheduling options including day, night, and weekend shifts with opportunities for skill advancement and paid training within a national leader in homecare.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
