Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care to teens with complex needs, including feeding tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator management. Perform daily clinical assessments, medication administration, and wound care while maintaining electronic documentation via patient tablets. Ensure patient safety through strict adherence to infection control protocols and compassionate homecare standards. Requires an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Full-time or part-time Monday through Saturday shifts available in Daytona.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
