Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care for children, managing complex needs including G-tubes, trachs, and ventilators. Deliver compassionate homecare with electronic documentation via tablets, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for patients in Defuniak Springs. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure, current CPR certification, and a negative TB test while adhering to strict scheduling from 7:00pm to 7:00am.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
