Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care for children with complex needs, including G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator management. Deliver compassionate homecare services Monday through Sunday from 7:00pm to 7:00am in Defuniak Springs. Maintain electronic documentation via patient tablets and ensure strict compliance with health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid patients. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
