Job Summary
LPN/LVN for pediatric private duty nursing with high-acuity needs (trach/vent) in-home settings. Provides full scope nursing care to pediatric patients, including assessments, medication administration, documentation via electronic tablet, and collaboration with families and care teams. Flexible scheduling including days, nights, and weekend shifts; 7:00pm–7:00am shifts available. Requires active LPN/LVN license, CPR certification, and TB screening; compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days. Prior homecare experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
