Job Summary
Provide high-acuity private duty nursing care for children in the home, managing complex needs including G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators. Maintain electronic documentation via tablet and ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate homecare. Requires an active LPN/LVN license, current CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Schedule includes Monday-Sunday 7:00pm-7:00am shifts with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
