Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in pediatric homecare for GTube patients. Provides in-home nursing care to children, administers medications, performs routine assessments, documents care via an electronic tablet, and collaborates with families and care teams to achieve positive clinical outcomes. Flexible scheduling available (days, nights, weekends) with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts. Requires active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, CPR certification with hands-on component, TB test within the last year, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test (within last 12 months)
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
