Job Summary
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) providing in-home private duty care for a young adult with a feeding tube. Role involves using an in-home electronic documentation tablet; maintaining an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; CPR certification with hands-on component; TB skin test within 12 months; and flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends). Requires reliable transportation and willingness to transfer compact licenses to the state of residence within 90 days. Required Qualifications
