Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in San Antonio and surrounding areas, utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Perform clinical duties while adhering to TB testing requirements and reliable transportation standards. Work flexible night shifts, days, or weekends as part of full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
