Job Summary
Provide compassionate homecare to children and adults in San Antonio and surrounding areas as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Deliver patient care with support from 24/7 local operators and clinicians, using tablets for electronic documentation. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete a TB skin test within the last 12 months and ensure reliable transportation. Work flexible night shifts, days, or weekends with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN status. Weekly or daily pay is available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
