Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings across San Antonio and surrounding areas, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults. Deliver compassionate care while utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets for accurate record-keeping. Maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice, current CPR certification with hands-on component, and a current TB skin test. Reliable transportation is required. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts covering days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation

- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience
