Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings across San Antonio and surrounding areas, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for children and adults. Deliver compassionate care with electronic documentation support via patient tablets and maintain active, unencumbered LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice. Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
