Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in San Antonio and surrounding areas, utilizing electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on training. Ensure all patients receive outstanding clinical outcomes while adhering to strict health and safety protocols, including required vaccinations and TB testing. Provide care for both pediatric and adult patients across various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
