Job Summary
Deliver compassionate homecare to children and adults in San Antonio and surrounding areas, utilizing Aveanna's tablet-based electronic documentation for patient care. Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license and current CPR certification with hands-on component while ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes. Coordinate with 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians to manage patient needs across various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. This role offers flexible scheduling for full-time, part-time, or PRN positions with options for paid training and career pathing within a national leader in private duty nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
