Job Summary
Provide licensed practical nursing care in private duty home settings for children and adults across San Antonio and surrounding areas. Deliver compassionate clinical outcomes using electronic documentation via patient tablets. Maintain active LPN/LVN licensure and current CPR certification with hands-on component. Complete TB skin testing within the last 12 months. Ensure reliable transportation for all visits. Work flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
