Lead a team of 13–15 technicians responsible for monitoring, fault management, and maintenance of the city's fiber network, data centers, and the newly established Security Operation Center. Ensure stable and secure operation of network and communication infrastructure while managing the department's budget, long-term planning, and business development. Drive process improvements, IT governance, and act as the technical interface with customers, suppliers, and partners. Serve as system owner for operational applications and ensure data storage compliance with regulations. Represent the unit in leadership and industry steering groups to support stable communication services for thousands of customers.
