Develop and maintain the etat's business management system, including frameworks, processes, and annual cycles. Oversee overall financial management, ensuring alignment between strategy, budget, risk, and control processes. Manage the strategic dialogue with political levels, tracking decisions and orders while providing relevant information and decision support to leadership. Lead and coordinate cross-functional development work and collaboration with external actors, while ensuring administrative services and organizational deliveries are effective and professional. Develop leaders and staff to build a strong culture of collaboration, learning, and improvement, delivering in line with legal requirements and overarching directives.
