Job Summary
Manage daily work plans and prioritise tasks within your team to meet planned KPIs. Proactively identify and undertake initiatives to drive improved efficiency, safety, and service while ensuring compliance with safety policies including HVNL/CoR. Utilise knowledge of WMS dispatch systems and freight carrier software to oversee product handling, receiving, inventory management, and shipping operations. Provide training and guidance to staff, assist in maintaining warehouse operations systems, and develop procedures for equipment utilization. This role involves supporting the inbound team at the Avalon National Distribution Centre in VIC, with a focus on building strong working relationships and inspiring staff.
